IDEO Deep Dive

IDEO has formulated a brainstorming tactic that has changed the way the world of design works. They use a mix of group formulations, with a broad mix of people who specialize in differing fields, such as marketing, biology, or linguistics. They are charged with the task of redesigning a shopping cart in 5 days, with special interest paid to safety and the problem with theft. They use a process called Deep Dive to immerse themselves into the project. They consider the ideas produced focused chaos, which allows them to break though the wall of standard ideas into great ones.
